Raspberry and White Chocolate Muffins

Another easy muffin to make…

Ingredients:

170g sugar

2 eggs

200g butter

200g sifted self raising flour

80ml milk

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Methods:

Whisk together sugar and eggs until thick. Add butter, flour and then milk. thrown in frozen raspberries and white chocolate chips. Stir gently to combine. Spoon into muffin tins. Press into the top of each muffin extra raspberries and white chocolate shops. Bake in a moderate oven for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
