Here’s another easy banana recipe to make. Thanks to Chica from Multiply, though I changed some of things like the flour and caster sugar. Originally Chica used a flour brand from Indonesia that’s not available in here. Another yummy thing to serve with a cup of capucino or tea.
150gr caster sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp bi-carb soda
360gr riped banana, chopped, mashed
2 eggs, lightly beaten
75gr chocolate chips
In a bowl, mix together flour, caster sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, baking powder and bi-card soda. Add mashed banana, eggs, stir. Add milk and mix them all together. Add chocolate chip.
Pour into loaf tin and bake in 190 celcius for 55 minutes.
