Mongolian Lamb

  • 750g lamb, cut into strips / use dice lamb
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 4 medium onions, cut in wedges
  • 2 tsp crushed garlic
  • 3 shallots, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped chillies
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs oyster sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock


Stir fry lamb in the batches. Set aside. Stir fry onions, garlic, shallot and chillies. Blend corn flour with soy sauce, oyster and stock. Return lamb and wait until thickened. Add broccoli, capsicum, etc, if desired. Serve with rice.
