Food:yum in tum tum – Lamb

Chilli Lamb with Coconut Cream & Coriander
  • 1 tbs peanut oil
  • 2 small fresh red chillies, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 450gr lamb fillets, sliced
  • 1 tbs fish sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 (180ml) coconut cream
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh coriander
  1. heat oil in wok
  2. add chillies, garlic, ginger and onion
  3. stir fry onion until soft, remove
  4. add lamb in batches, stir fry until lamb is tender
  5. add onion, sauce, sugar, coconut cream and coriander, stir until hot
